Rikia Addison

Founder & Executive Director

Known for her big smile, big personality, and even bigger heart, Rikia has always had a natural gift for connecting with children and families. From a young age, her imagination ran freely—full of ideas, creativity, and a carefree spirit. She was the go-to babysitter and eventually made her mark in Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms for over 15 years.

Shaka Pack de Flores brings more than a decade of experience in program management and nonprofit leadership, with a strong track record of designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen communities, expand access to opportunity, and support multigenerational families.

Guided by a humanitarian spirit, she believes that giving back is a meaningful expression of gratitude and community care. With over 10 years of experience in community outreach and event planning, she brings creativity, heart, and intention to every Sevens Foundation initiative.
